Welcome to Wild Roots Corbett. By accessing our website or booking any tour or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance or full payment.

• Booking confirmation and tour details will be shared via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

2. Payment Terms

• Tour prices may change based on season, hotel availability, safari permits, or forest department rules.

• Payments must be completed within the given time to secure your booking.

• Any extra expenses not included in the package must be paid by the guest directly.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made through phone, WhatsApp, or email.

• Refunds depend on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, safari authorities, and transport providers.

• Jungle safari permits, government fees, and booking charges are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Changes & Itinerary Modifications

• Wild Roots Corbett reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary due to weather conditions, forest regulations, road conditions, or any unavoidable circumstances.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to such changes.

5. Jungle Safari Rules

• Safari bookings are governed by Corbett Tiger Reserve and Forest Department regulations.

• Guests must carry valid government ID proof during the safari.

• Any violation of forest rules may result in penalties or cancellation, for which Wild Roots Corbett will not be responsible.

6. Responsibility & Liability

• Wild Roots Corbett acts as a tour coordinator and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, delays, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.

• Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during the tour.

7. Health & Travel Fitness

• Guests must ensure they are physically fit for travel.

• Wild Roots Corbett is not responsible for medical emergencies or health issues during the tour.

• Travel insurance is recommended for safety purposes.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ramnagar, Nainital, Uttarakhand.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 15 days before travel: Partial refund after deduction of service charges

• 7–14 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges

• Less than 7 days before travel: No refund

• Jungle Safari Bookings: Non-refundable under all circumstances

(Cancellation policies may vary based on hotel and forest department rules.)

• We collect customer information only for booking, communication, and service purposes.

• Your personal details will not be shared with third parties except when required to complete bookings.
